This international project launched in January 2021 with the goal of building an educational SaaS platform based on the innovative BrainCore analytical model, developed at a Swiss educational institution.
The first phase focused on delivering a platform commissioned by the French Ministry of Education for deployment across several regions of France.
I was responsible for the end-to-end design process, including client interviews, information architecture analysis, UX research, user journeys and flow design, low-fidelity wireframes, an atomic design library, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. My role also covered student reporting views, usability testing, branding, and close collaboration with development teams during implementation.
The second phase involved rebuilding the platform for a B2C model, aimed at schools and companies wishing to use the BrainCore system to train students and employees with proprietary learning materials.
This required simplifying the administrative layer previously imposed by public-sector requirements and designing a lighter, more flexible visual system. The new UI enabled rapid adaptation to different customer needs while remaining intuitive and accessible for non-technical users.
In the third phase, I led the creation of a new brand identity for Brainelem, the B2B company commercialising the platform. This included visual identity design, advertising materials, and product presentations supporting sales and partner communication.
The fourth phase focused on further platform testing and refinement, including UX/UI design for generative creation of new educational content and features aimed at improving the overall learning experience. We also explored the introduction of gamification mechanics and animated avatars that evolve alongside the user’s learning progress.
